Section 501 character appeals to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT)

If you have had your visa refused or cancelled under section 501 of the Migration Act 1958 (Cth) and the decision was made by a delegate of the Minister, then you can appeal the decision to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) (General Division).

At the AAT, you will need a lawyer to represent you in order to properly prepare evidence, documentation and witnesses for the hearing. Further, at the hearing, a lawyer will represent you and strongly put your case forward to the decision maker. If Turner Coulson Immigration Lawyers acts for you in your appeal, you can have complete confidence that your matter will be thoroughly reviewed, prepared and argued to give you the best possible chance to succeed!
